Thank you for your interest in the AWANA program at South Columbia Baptist Church.  Please, fill out this form to request registration.  Please provide information for each child you are registering.  An email will be sent to you once your child's registration has been confirmed.  Our resources are limited so each program has a capped number of clubbers allowed.  Your child will be placed on a waitlist if they are not able to be registered at this time.
